Breitling & Belstaff - The Iberian Pole with the Turner Twins
When my good friends at Family Creative asked me to film and photograph the Turner Twins on their trip to the Iberian Pole in Madrid, I knew this was going to be an adventure that I couldn’t miss.
The brief was to document the Turner twins (Ross and Hugo) trip from London to the Iberian Pole in Madrid for Breitling and Belstaff. Their goal was to ride the whole way using electric motorbikes which they would need to stop and charge along the way.
I would be travelling with my good friend and DOP Andi Hampton. Between us we were responsible for documenting this adventure through film and photography, sending daily content and updates to Breitling and Belstaff for their social campaigns.
We travelled 2,535 kilometres through England, France and Spain stopping 26 times to charge the bikes which took a total of 59 hours. After 8 days of riding we finally reached the Iberian Pole with dusty clothes and sore bums! The cost of charging the bikes over the whole trip cost less that £15.
The campaign was a massive success, providing our clients an exciting narrative to share with their followers, increasing brand awareness, engagement and loyal customers.
